Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RTM at Quezon Avenue, Cotabato City. Lead store operations, drive sales, organize displays, and ensure excellent customer service while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a track record in retail with hands-on coaching, inventory control, and daily banking responsibilities to support HQ objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• 5+ years of experience in the retail industry.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items for own use; handle small notes.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
