Qualifications

• Graduates of 4-year Business related Courses.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Willing to work during holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store staff to ensure high performance and smooth daily operations.
• Assist Area Manager in achieving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse for replenishment.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and merchandising standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
