Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in Sales.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure proper management of daily operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements for store stability and reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order necessary items.
• Report sales and operations updates to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
