Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Pilar Sorsogon. The role focuses on driving sales growth, organizing store displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will lead a team, maintain service standards, and ensure safety and compliance across the store. You will oversee merchandising, customer greetings and service, and report performance metrics to HQ, while coordinating staff development and store procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry
• Supervisor experience preferred: 5+ years in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
• Amenable to work in Pilar Sorsogon

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and drive growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays to optimize visibility.
