MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Nangka Marikina. The role focuses on driving sales, organizing displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations within a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, performance monitoring, and maintaining a safe, customer-friendly store. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years retail experience are preferred; fluency in Filipino and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills.
• Willing to work at Nangka Marikina.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team for efficient operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Handle daily banking of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed for store operations.
• Report sales, staffing, and other updates to HQ and supervisors.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor as required.
• Work within established SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch/Branch Manager.
