Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor - Waltermart Plaridel (WMPL)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino, English
• At least 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably with experience as a Supervisor or 5 years & above in a similar role specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Waltermart Plaridel.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
2. Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
3. Ensure proper management of the store’s daily operations.
4. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
5. Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
6. Greet and serve customers.
7. Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
8. Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job performance.
9. Provide constructive guidance to the team for effective operations.
10. Ensure a safe and clean environment to protect employees and customers.
11. Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
12. Stock and order supplies and small notes as needed.
13. Complete, update, and report sales, staff hiring, assignments, and cases to HQ and superiors.
14. Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
15. Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
16. Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
