Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required languages: Filipino, English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
  • Required skills: Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communication Skills, People Management, Coaching, Merchandising.
  • Preferably with supervisory experience of 5 years or more, specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Amenable to work in Tumauini, Isabela.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
  • Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
  • Ensure proper management of the store’s daily operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
  • Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
  • Greet and serve customers.
  • Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
  • Provide constructive guidance to the team for effective operations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment to protect employees and customers.
  • Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
  • Stock and order items needed for store operations.
  • Complete, update, and report sales, staffing, and other relevant data to HQ and superiors.
  • Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
  • Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
