MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for SR Mall Jasaan (SRMJ). The role oversees store sales growth, ensures orderly daily operations, and leads a team to deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of retail experience, and fluency in Filipino and English, with strong leadership and merchandising skills.Position is based at SR Mall Jasaan pending supervision under the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within guidelines and SOP.

• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
