• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure proper management of the store’s daily operations.
• Maintain the store’s cleanliness and tidiness.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store’s reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed for store operations.
• Complete, update, and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform responsibilities assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
