Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Preferably Supervisor with extensive experience.
• Must have strong organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Recruit, train, and discipline employees as required.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
