Job summary

• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-ins of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staff updates, and assignments to HQ.
• Send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by the Asst Branch/Branch Manager.
