• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store's compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety and a clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, new hires, assignments, and issues to HQ and supervisors.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.
