MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RTM- Prince Hypermart San Franc (PHSF). The role focuses on driving sales growth, managing daily store operations, and maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and manage small notes.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within SOP and established guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
