Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for RTM- Kimston Plaza (ZKIM). You will lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include merchandise display, team coaching, and maintaining a compliant, safe store environment. A minimum 5 years in retail with strong leadership and communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Maintain a tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect staff and customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and established guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by branch management.

• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
