Job summary

MR.DIY Philippines is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to drive sales growth and ensure smooth daily operations in Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte. The role requires hands-on leadership to manage staff, train and coach team members, and maintain a safe, clean selling environment that reflects our brand standards.

Responsibilities include setting up gondolas, organizing product displays, monitoring stock, and reporting sales, staffing, and operational updates to HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years working experience in Retail Industry.
• Leadership, coaching and merchandising skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Handle daily bank-ins of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and operations updates to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English
• 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.

• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Katipunan Zamboanga del Norte.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.

• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
