Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for its Gaisano Camsur site to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach the team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of retail experience, with strong leadership, organizational, and merchandising skills to maintain a tidy, compliant store and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in retail is preferred.
• Fluent in Filipino and English would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment to protect employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order, including small items and notes.
• Update and report to HQ and supervisor on sales, staffing, and assignments.
• Send documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Handle other duties as assigned by management.

• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
