Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive sales growth and lead a retail team in Davao City. You will be responsible for merchandise displays, store operations, and maintaining a tidy, compliant environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years in retail, plus strong organizational and communication skills. You will guide staff, ensure customer service excellence, and report to HQ on performance and staffing needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
