MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the RTM- Gaisano Camsur location. This role demands leadership of the retail team, driving store sales, and maintaining organized, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong coaching and merchandising skills. The position entails hands-on supervision at the Gaisano Camsur store and coordinating with HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of retail industry experience.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Maintain tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize merchandise in selling area and assist customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure safety of staff and customers and regulatory compliance.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order small-use items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, assignments, and issues to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Select, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employee; monitoring & appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
