Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor for RTM - DARBC Complex (DARC). The role oversees store sales performance, merchandising, and day-to-day operations, while leading and coaching a team to deliver excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of retail experience, with fluency in Filipino and English, and willingness to work in Cotabato's DARBC Complex.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Willing to work at DARBC Complex Cotabato.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect staff and customers by maintaining a safe store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own-use items and small notes.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents to HQ and Superior.
• Work within guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
