MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for Baloc Sto. Domingo Nueva Ecija-FS to oversee daily operations and drive sales growth. You will set up gondolas, organize displays, greet customers, and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and company policies.

You will lead a small team, recruit and train staff, monitor performance, and report results to HQ, while maintaining a tidy, compliant store and delivering excellent customer service daily.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years & up experience in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Baloc Sto. Domingo Nueva Ecija-FS.

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
