Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor - Rizal Avenue Pagadian (ZRAP)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino, English
• At least 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.
• Required skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably with supervisory experience or 5+ years as an employee in sales - retail or related fields.
• Able to work in Rizal Avenue, Pagadian.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure proper management of daily store operations.
• Maintain a tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order supplies as needed.
• Complete and report sales, staffing, and other relevant information to HQ and superiors.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager.
