Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Riverbanks (RVBK) to lead daily store operations and drive sales.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is fluent in Filipino and English, has 5+ years in retail, and excels in leadership, coaching, merchandising, and people management to develop the team and ensure a compliant, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Required skills: Excellent organizational skills, leadership and communications skills, people management, coaching, merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store's daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
