JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure proper management of the store’s daily operations.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and tidiness.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet & serve customers.
• Maintain the store's reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe & clean environment to protect employees & customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed for store operations.
• Complete, update, and report sales, staffing, and other relevant data to HQ & superiors.
• Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
• Work within established guidelines & SOPs.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
