Job summary

MR DIY Philippines at Plumera Square Mactan is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure merchandised displays meet brand standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

You will oversee staff coaching, onboarding, scheduling, and performance, while maintaining a safe and compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in coaching and merchandising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents related to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOP and established guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned by Asst/Branch Manager.

• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
