Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange. You will oversee store operations, drive sales, set up displays, and lead a team to deliver excellent service.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years retail experience, and strong leadership, organizational, and coaching skills. You will ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain a safe, tidy environment, while coordinating with HQ for reporting and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Language proficiency: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of experience in the Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store’s reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Record daily sales and perform bank-ins.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and assignments for HQ and superiors.
• Send documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the Assistant/Branch Manager.

• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
