Qualifications

• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership, coaching, merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure safety for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order consumption items and petty cash if needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Adhere to established guidelines and SOPs.
• Handle any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.

• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
