Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for our Lucban, Quezon branch. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, set up gondolas and displays, and ensure a clean, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least 5 years in retail, and demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Fluency in Filipino and English is required.
• 5 years of working experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees & customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & order own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager / Branch Manager.
