• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise duties.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering for own use items & small notes.
• Complete, update & report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Operate within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
