MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor for the Koronadal, South Cotabato location. The role oversees daily store operations, drives sales growth, and ensures a tidy, compliant retail environment. You will lead staff, manage merchandising, and report performance to HQ.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills, ready to supervise a team in a busy store setting.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Proficient in organizational, leadership, communication, people management, coaching and merchandising skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
