Job summary

Mr. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor in Tuguegarao to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in retail, with fluency in Filipino and English and strong merchandising and people management skills.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, coaching, merchandising setup, compliance with laws, and reporting to HQ. Work location is on-site along Maharlika Highway, Brgy.

• Send documents to HQ and superior.
• Follow established guidelines and SOP.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
