Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a seasoned retail supervisor to drive store sales, manage daily operations, and lead a team at the Calatrava location in Negros Occidental.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of retail experience, with strong organizational, leadership, and coaching skills, and fluency in Filipino and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Supervisor/5 years & up experience in Sales - Retail or equivalent preferred.
• Amenable to work in Calatrava Negros Occidental.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Process daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and petty cash as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, hiring, assignments and cases to HQ and superior.
• Submit documents to HQ and superior.
• Follow established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.

• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
