Job summary

MR DIY Philippines Balic-Balic Sampaloc is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will set up product displays, train and coach staff, maintain store presentation, comply with SOPs, and coordinate with HQ on reporting and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years working experience in retail industry.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting and serving customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching and disciplining employees; monitoring and appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and order own-use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
