MR DIY Philippines is hiring a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the Ayala Marikina branch. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, fluency in Filipino and English, and at least five years of retail experience to lead sales and operations.

The successful candidate will manage daily store activities, organize merchandise layouts, supervise staff, ensure compliance with SOPs, and deliver sales growth while maintaining a tidy and safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order supplies as needed.
• Report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and superior.
• Communicate documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other duties assigned by Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
