The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years+ retail experience, and strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. Willingness to work at Ayala Capitol Bacolod is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Required languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 Year(s) of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Amenable to work in Ayala Capitol Bacolod.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Manage daily store operations.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching and disciplining staff; monitoring and appraising job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees and customers by providing safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and order own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
