QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- 5 Years of working experience in Retail Industry.
- Required Skills: Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communication Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Amenable to work in Atimonan, Quezon.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
- Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
- Ensure that the store's daily operations are properly managed.
- Maintain a tidy and clean store environment.
- Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
- Greet and serve customers.
- Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
- Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Perform daily bank-in of store sales.
- Stock and order items needed for store use and small notes.
- Complete, update, and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and cases to HQ and superiors.
- Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
- Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
