Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Filipino, English
  • 5 Years of working experience in Retail Industry.
  • Required Skills: Excellent Organizational Skills, Leadership and Communication Skills, People Management Skills, Coaching Skills, Merchandising Skills
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Amenable to work in Atimonan, Quezon.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the store's sales achievement and growth.
  • Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
  • Ensure that the store's daily operations are properly managed.
  • Maintain a tidy and clean store environment.
  • Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
  • Greet and serve customers.
  • Maintain store stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
  • Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
  • Perform daily bank-in of store sales.
  • Stock and order items needed for store use and small notes.
  • Complete, update, and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and cases to HQ and superiors.
  • Send documents related to HQ and superiors.
  • Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
