Job summary

MR DIY Philippines in Iloilo is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong leadership abilities.

You will organize merchandising, train and coach staff, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines. Amenable to work at Zarraga Town Center Iloilo is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure the store's daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain the store's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise their responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking and ordering own use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established Guidelines & SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
