Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to coordinate daily store operations, supervise personnel, and ensure smooth business activities in Laguna. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage inventory, merchandising standards, reporting, and cross‑department coordination to support promotions and campaigns while upholding safety and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store personnel and assigning daily tasks.
• Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment, and product availability.
• Monitor merchandising standards and ensure product displays comply with company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain store reports, sales records, inventory documentation, and operational records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and other departments regarding deliveries and stock transfers.
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and perform other duties assigned by management.
