Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. Cebu City is seeking a Store Operations Associate to coordinate daily store activities, support the Store Manager, supervise staff, monitor sales, and ensure excellent customer service to shoppers.

You will handle inventory and stock replenishment, oversee merchandising, prepare reports, coordinate with warehouse and suppliers, assist promotional campaigns, and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Assist the Store Manager in supervising store personnel and assigning daily tasks.
• Monitor sales performance and support the achievement of store sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment, and product availability.
• Monitor merchandising standards and ensure product displays comply with company guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain store reports, sales records, inventory documentation, and operational records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and other departments regarding deliveries and stock transfers.
• Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and perform other duties assigned by management.
