Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. in Balanga City, Bataan is looking for Store Leaders to join our growing retail team. You will lead customer service standards, mentor store crew, and execute store strategies to boost foot traffic and profitability.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail or customer service. You should be adaptable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays, and possess strong leadership and communication skills to run daily
