Job summary

CHG Global Inc. (World Balance) in the Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will oversee merchandise deliveries, displays, stock levels, and coordinate with Area Manager on best sellers and slow-moving items. A Bachelor's degree and strong supervisory skills are required, with a background in store operations preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field.
• With a background in Store operations.
• With strong supervisory and leadership qualities.
• Must have strong inventory management skills.
• Must be customer service-oriented and with a positive disposition.
• Knows how to perform his/her job.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store meets or surpasses sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Monitor deliveries of merchandise in the department.
• Ensure orderly and proper display of merchandise.

• Conduct orientation of sales assistant/ stockman.
