Job summary

Premiumbikes Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations in Laguna, Philippines. You will drive motorcycle sales, SPAO performance, and service shop income, while ensuring credit policies are followed and portfolios stay healthy.

The role requires managing stock, cash, and staff to deliver excellent customer service and store upkeep. The ideal candidate has experience in the motorcycle industry, strong leadership, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skills include Selling Skills, Administrative skills, Management and Leadership.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the operations of the motorcycle industry.
• Able to handle operations and branch personnel.
• Knowledge of how sales and marketing works.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly achievement of financial targets for motorcycle sales (cash & Installment), SPAO sales, and service shop income through efficient use of resources.
• Implement credit investigation and collection policies to maintain a quality portfolio and minimize risk.
• Plan, monitor and control branch stock including fixed assets, equipment, tools, and store inventory, safeguarding from loss.
• Prepare and submit loan folders and documents for on-time booking and payment of accounts and other financing claims.
• Manage branch petty cash and collections for motorcycle and SPAO payments.
• Implement customer management programs including customer satisfaction surveys, handling complaints, and store image management.
• Improve store image, cleanliness, orderliness, and overall productivity.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must ensure monthly achievement of financial target for Motorcycle sales (Cash & Installment Basis), SPAO (Spare Parts, Accessories, Apparels & Oil) Sales and Service Shop Income thru efficient & effective utilization of resources.

• Must ensure proper implementation of Credit Investigation & Collection Policies & Procedure in order to ensure quality portfolio and minimize risk.

• Plans, monitors & control inflow and outflow of stocks in the branch which includes , fixed assets, equipments, office supplies, motorcycle stocks, SPAO, service shop machines & tools and must safeguard it from loss or damage.

• Ensures proper & timely preparation & submission of loan folders and documents in order to ensure on-time booking & immediate payment of accounts and other claims to financing.

• Must ensure effective management & safekeeping of branch petty cash and collection (cash & check intended for the payment of motorcycle, SPAO for the company or to financing).

• Ensure proper implementation of customer management program which includes the conduct of customer satisfaction survey, processing customer complaints and store image management.

• Must implement programs & measures in order to improve store image, cleanliness & orderliness of workplace and productivity.
