Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Branch Manager or Senior Sales/Operations Leader in the Philippines to drive monthly targets for motorcycle sales, SPAO, and service shop income. You will ensure robust credit policy implementation, stock and asset control, and efficient cash handling.

The role requires experience in retail/motorcycle operations, the ability to manage branch personnel, and strong sales and marketing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 3 years of experience in related field.
• Strong selling, administrative, management and leadership skills.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager with experience in retail/sales.
• Familiarity with motorcycle operations.
• Ability to manage branch personnel and operations.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly financial targets for motorcycle sales, SPAO, and service shop income.
• Implement and enforce credit investigation and collection policies to minimize risk.
• Plan and control branch stock, assets, and office supplies to prevent loss.
• Prepare and submit loan folders and documents for timely processing and payments.
• Manage branch petty cash and collections, including cash and checks.
• Oversee customer management program, surveys, complaints, and store image management.
• Drive store image, cleanliness, orderliness, and productivity.

• Must ensure monthly achievement of financial target for Motorcycle sales (Cash & Installment Basis), SPAO (Spare Parts, Accessories, Apparels & Oil) Sales and Service Shop Income thru efficient & effective utilization of resources.
• Must ensure proper implementation of Credit Investigation & Collection Policies & Procedure in order to ensure quality portfolio and minimize risk.
• Plans, monitors & control inflow and outflow of stocks in the branch which includes , fixed assets, equipments, office supplies, motorcycle stocks, SPAO, service shop machines & tools and must safeguard it from loss or damage.
• Ensures proper & timely preparation & submission of loan folders and documents in order to ensure on-time booking & immediate payment of accounts and other claims to financing.
• Must ensure effective management & safekeeping of branch petty cash and collection (cash & check intended for the payment of motorcycle, SPAO, service fees for the company or to financing).
• Ensure proper implementation of customer management program which includes the conduct of customer satisfaction survey, processing customer complaints and store image management.
• Must implement programs & measures in order to improve store image, cleanliness & orderliness of workplace and productivity.

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
