Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of store staff, including baristas and cashier personnel.
  • Create work schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to new employees.
  • Foster a positive and motivated work environment by promoting teamwork and staff development.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Train and coach staff in providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to meet budgetary goals.
  • Sales and Marketing: Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in local marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products are prepared and served according to Macao Imperial Tea's quality and presentation standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing hygiene and safety standards.
  • Adhere to local health regulations and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
