Job summary

Regent Distributor Philippines Inc. is seeking an on-site Sales & Brand Specialist in Pasay with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

This full‑time role centers on achieving sales targets, improving store performance, and delivering excellent customer service. You will lead beauty advisors, train staff on consultations, shade matching, and fragrance storytelling, while enforcing brand standards, merchandising plans, and timely launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in beauty/retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and build action plans by category/brand.
• Recruit, coach, and manage beauty advisors; conduct role-plays on consultation, shade matching, and fragrance storytelling.
• Lead service rituals from greeting to close; manage complaints and VIP clients.
• Maintain planograms, testers, hygiene, and visual standards; execute new launches and events.
• Forecast demand; manage RTV/RTS; oversee cycle counts and shrink control; FEFO for skincare.
• Align with brand reps on targets, staffing, trainings, and co-op promotions; negotiate animations and sampling.
• Plan calendar for promotions and events; coordinate masterclasses, makeovers, and fragrance bars.
• Follow cash, POS, discount controls; uphold FDA/cosmetics handling and incident reporting.
• Prepare daily trade updates and KPI dashboards; monitor sell-thru and aging.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & KPI Ownership: Hit daily/weekly/monthly targets (sales, ATV, UPT, conversion, basket mix, new-to-file). Build action plans by category/brand.
• People Leadership: Recruit, roster, coach and performance-manage beauty advisors/counter staff; run role-plays on consultation, shade matching, and fragrance storytelling.
• Service Excellence: Enforce service rituals (greeting, consult, recommend, close). Lead complaint recovery and VIP clienteling.
• Merchandising & Brand Standards: Ensure planograms, testers, hygiene, and visual standards. Execute new launches, GWPs, and beauty events on time.
• Inventory Control: Forecast demand, manage RTV/RTS, oversee cycle counts, shrink control, FEFO for skincare, tester governance.
• Vendor/Brand Partnerships: Align with brand reps on targets, staffing, trainings, and co-op promotions; negotiate animations and sampling.
• Promotions & Events: Plan calendar (launches, Mother’s Day, 11.11, Christmas). Coordinate masterclasses, makeovers, and fragrance bars.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow cash, POS, and discount controls; uphold FDA/cosmetics handling, sanitation, and incident reporting.
• Reporting: Daily trade updates, KPI dashboards, sell-thru and aging, competitor scans.
