Interior Homescapes is seeking a passionate Store Manager in General Santos to lead retail operations. The successful candidate will drive sales, oversee inventory, and inspire the team while ensuring the store reflects our quality and values. This role requires strong leadership qualities and a background in retail management, ideally in home or lifestyle products.
At Homescapes, we’re all about helping customers create curated spaces they love. As our Store Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving sales, managing operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring every corner of the store reflects our signature warmth and quality.
• Set and achieve branch sales targets through strategic merchandising and customer engagement
• Plan and execute store promotions and marketing initiatives aligned with company goals
• Regularly analyze sales reports and trends to drive action plans for growth
• Monitor performance and provide guidance to the sales team to consistently exceed targets
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and brand policies
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and ensure the store’s visual appeal and functionality
• Implement corrective actions when policies or procedures are not followed
• Ensure optimal product mix, proper stock levels, and effective visual merchandising
• Coordinate with warehouse and merchandising teams for stock replenishment and transfers
• Monitor inventory aging and address slow-moving items with strategic promotions
• Guide staff on proper receiving, tagging, and floor deployment of new items
• Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional service and performance
• Finalize team schedules, rest days, and sales event staffing plans
• Identify training needs and lead onboarding for new team members
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in store management or retail leadership
• Strong background in sales, team supervision, and operations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about home and lifestyle products
• Background in furniture, home décor, or similar retail is a plus!
