Job summary

Beton Meyer Management Services Inc. is recruiting for an on-site Store Supervisor in San Juan, welcoming 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

You will lead a team of sales assistants, product specialists and assistant store supervisors, ensuring prompt, friendly service and smooth daily operations. You will set sales goals, train staff, oversee inventory and cash handling, conduct performance evaluations, and work to achieve targets while maintaining high standards of customer care

Qualifications

• Supervise and lead a team of sales assistants, product specialist and assistant store supervisors, including training, and scheduling.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring that all customers receive prompt and friendly assistance.
• Train sales assistants, product specialist and assistant store supervisors on effective customer service techniques and monitor their interactions with customers.
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Set sales goals and targets for the store and work with the team to achieve them.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
