Qualifications

Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar/ Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor, with skills in Personnel Management, Process, Technical Understanding, Documentation, and Safety Management.
  • Experience in handling equipment such as ovens, humidifiers, freezers, chillers, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in CAD and CAD/CAM is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in circuit design, basic repair, and equipment maintenance.
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willing to travel.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the work/tasks of Store Maintenance Technicians.
  • Plan and execute all maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Schedule and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities, including weekly tasks for Tarkie.
  • Coordinate events with operations, including venue arrangements.
  • Receive store turnovers from Site Construction Engineering.
  • Recommend store rehabilitation, coordinating with accredited contractors for rehab projects.
  • Suggest marketing materials rehab and replacement (old/faded/damaged) through accredited suppliers.
  • Conduct meetings with store maintenance technicians.
  • Generate weekly progress reports.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned and assist as needed.
