Job summary

MR. DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a retail team in Tabuk Dagupan, driving sales and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and merchandising skills, with a focus on coaching staff and maintaining store standards.

The successful candidate will manage displays, customer service, and compliance with SOPs, while coordinating with HQ for reporting and documentation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• 5 years working experience in Retail Industry.
• Excellent organizational skills, leadership & communications skills, people management, coaching & merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate staff; monitor responsibilities.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ & supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow established guidelines and SOPs.
• Handle other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
