Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional service to customers.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring performance, recruiting and training, and maintaining store standards while upholding company policies and safety guidelines. This role requires flexibility for shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using POS systems and retail software.
• Knowledge of inventory management and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching staff to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting insights to the Store/Area Manager.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding store staff.
• Supervise daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure proper execution of duties.
• Motivate and mentor employees to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Monitor cash handling and reconcile daily sales reports.
