Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure proper management of daily operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain store reputation.
• Recruit, train, and coach employees.
• Provide guidance on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items for own use.
• Complete and report sales and staff updates to HQ.
• Send documents related to HQ.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
